For those wishing to join the group who cannot stay all weekend, join us for the day. This year, Chinquapin is offering the option of paying for meals. Click one of the links below to register.

(The day use fee is a requirement of the forestry dept)

All cabins are listed below, broken down into 2 columns - those within the loop and those outside the loop. Select your desired location and amenities from the table and then use the form below to register. After the submit button is clicked, you will be redirected to a payment page. Your registration is NOT complete until the deposit is paid. Please be prepared to pay the deposit at the time of registration.

After registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation within 3 days of your room assignment and balance due. You may then opt to drop off a check for the balance in the office or pay the balance electronically through a payment link.

RVs have the option of staying Thursday night for an additional fee. No meals or other services will be provided for Thursday night.

Pinecrest Chalet

Guests who prefer to stay in the Pinecrest Chalet next door must register directly with the Chalet.

Please note, you will be required to pay Pinecrest Chalet directly for your room AND pay MCC for the Meals/Facility Use Fee.
